Selling A Home Guide

Let me tell you something, selling a home is extremely easy if you just stick to the basics. Go through the checklist of things I will recommend that you take note of, and you’ll sell your home at a great price in no time!

A lot of people rush into listing their home, somehow thinking that they will figure out the finances after they get an offer. Please don’t do this as it might backfire. Be sure to talk to lenders and figure out the exact deal on the home you’re moving away to, before you list your old home.

I wish people would see your home with the same set of eyes that you see it with, but unfortunately they do not. You need to specifically work on making sure they see your home in it’s best light. You have to inspect the exterior and handle any cracks. You have to dispose of any debris that there might be around the yard or even the garage. Be sure to check out that there aren’t things in plain sight, such as garbage or spare parts.

The same process goes for inspecting the interior. You might want to believe that people don’t fall for staging and presentation, but they absolutely do. Even 5 minutes of extra vacuuming will make a huge difference. The presentation of your home will influence the selling price - sad but true. So go ahead and make sure there aren’t any stains, parts of toys, maybe wires sticking out, cracks in windows, maybe leaking faucets of any sort.

And then finally, go ahead and call up a qualified realtor to help you do the rest. I know it’s tempting to be stubborn and believe you can drive up a good price on your own, but reality begs to differ. Those using the services of a Realtor do better. It is best to make sure that you are working with a realtor. The realtor has access to services that you would really even know about.

For more info, just bing a keyword like fremont real estate or fremont homes. I wish you the best.
